Who Is Edy Kurniawan?
Edy Kurniawan is a Senior Pro pickleball player competing in the 50+ division across Asia. He transitioned from tennis in 2021 and quickly became a top competitor, known for consistent results and strong court control.
What started as a natural shift due to the similarities between the two sports quickly evolved into a deep passion. The fast-paced rallies, strategic gameplay, and competitive spirit of pickleball drew him in and he hasn’t looked back since.

In a short span of time, Edy has established himself as a dominant force in the Senior Pro division (50+), consistently delivering standout performances across major tournaments in Asia:
- 1st Place – Men’s Doubles 50+, Paramount 2025 (Malaysia)
- 1st Place – Men’s Doubles 50+, UI Cup 2026 (Jakarta)
- 3rd Place – Mixed Doubles 50+, UI Cup 2026 (Jakarta)
