Averry Chew Joins The Ramsports Pro Team
Ramsports has officially signed rising junior pickleball standout Averry Chew to its professional athlete roster, adding one of the sport’s brightest young talents to the team.
Averry’s pickleball story began just five years ago in the most unexpected way. Shortly after the COVID pandemic, her parents needed a fourth player for their games, and she would happily step in whenever they needed someone. What started as simply filling an empty spot quickly grew into a passion that would shape her future.
At just 13 years old, Averry entered her first 3.0 tournament and captured the gold medal. That breakthrough performance sparked a competitive drive, leading her to compete professionally over the past four years.
Today, Averry has established herself as one of the top junior players in the sport. She is currently ranked among the Top 10 junior female players in both singles and doubles on DUPR Junior and proudly represents the APP National Team—a reflection of her dedication, hard work, and continued growth as an athlete.
“I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity, lesson, and person this sport has brought into my life. I’m beyond excited to continue growing, competing, and chasing my goals, and I’m especially excited to be part of the Ramsports family. I can’t wait to see what’s next. The journey continues, and I’m just getting started.”
By signing Averry, Ramsports continues its commitment to supporting athletes who are helping shape the future of pickleball. As she continues to develop and compete at the highest level, the team looks forward to being part of the next chapter of her career.
